Do @you stay connected to the word, via # and online relationships? Are your friends influencers, followers & pinners? Do you prioritize by re-tweets, reactions and shares? If so, you've found a home. We look for people who are already well integrated with the life of a social media star IRL. Though it's not as thrilling as 1m thumbs-up, the life of a content creative can be fairly lax, with remote work options and a paid on a per account basis with the opportunity to make a good living, but keep in mind, the job of a Content Creative is never turned-off. You constantly (24/7) look for shareable content, communities, leads, new blog topics, influencers, and more that could help set your clients apart, it’s a lifestyle.

Financials

Payment is based on "Tier of Influence" status and per account. There is a max number of accounts each tier can manage, accounts pay $60-$500 per account each month!

Note: Content creatives who find new client accounts will receive commissions!

Tiers Of Influence:
  • The term 'tiers of influence' refers to the type of content a team member creates for clients. It also refers to the max number of clients they can have and the customization of the work they produce.
  • There are three 'tiers of influence': Syndicate, Publisher and Influencer.
  • The 'Syndicate' tier finds, edits, schedules and approves content that is streamed into an industry bucket or a client's account. They check for notification, communications, run reports, and keep each client's account updated on the app. Syndicates are paid $60 per account, and have a maximum of 50 accounts that they can manage. (Hint: it takes about 2-4 hours a month per account)
  • 'Publishers' do everything that a syndicate does, but with customizations. They work on custom posts, images writing blogs, providing customer support, replies to comments, collaboration with the graphic designers and they follow up with clients weekly or bi-weekly to request photos, videos and other personalized assets. Publishers are paid $125-$250 per account, and have a maximum of 20 accounts that they can manage at one time. Discrepancy in pay is based on number or post and blogs.
  • 'Influencers' do everything that a Publisher & Syndicate does, but they're expected to perform a more personalized customer experience. In addition to a publishing and syndication tasks an influencer helps manage campaigns, reaches out to social prospects, provides clients lead lists, set up and optimize ads and engages with the clients audience using pro-active tactics and activities. Typically an influencer has had success as a publisher, but it is not a pre-req. Influencers are paid $300-$500 per account, and have a maximum of 12 accounts that they can manage at one time.
Qualified candidates will have:
  • A college degree is required for publishers & influencers, but not syndicates
  • English as a first language; SM txt & abv. lingo as a 2nd
  • Content production portfolio for someone other than your-self is preferred
  • Actively posts on social media
  • Has engaged followers on a single personal or company profile
  • Familiarity posting on a variety of social media networks
  • Expert understanding of the top social media networks and their uses
  • Strong understanding of the principles and practices of design & branding
  • Great command of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expert understanding of clients brand, industry and goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Typical Duties Include:
  • Regular communication with project manager and content editor & possible client
  • Checking clients account notifications
  • Weekly & Bi-weekly client content scheduling & syndication editing
  • Comfortable writing 1500 word blogs and articles regularly (publishers & Influencers)
  • Create compelling visual designs using social media posting formats
  • Use creative problem solving to develop concepts into final design solution
  • Creating posts, images, contests, check-ins, e-com promotions & social sales
  • Helping clients provide social media customer service when required
  • Meet with Account Managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the project
  • Working collaboratively with other team members

We have several process in place, but encourage a diverse range of backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and advance our processes. It varies, based on how many clients we are currently servicing. PM's who start Hourly or Per Project have first priority for base salary positions once they've opened up. Please send us your requirements.

  • A history of client/creative(s) campaigns management is a plus (not necessary)
  • An accredited PM certification is a plus (not necessary)

Typical Duties Include:
  • Ability to take a project from concept to completion
  • Successfully maintain communication with the client at all stages of the project
  • Act as a catalyst between content creatives/editors and the clients
  • Provide a smooth transitions from sales managers to your lead
  • Taking project notes, sending clients meeting minutes and setting to-do tasks
  • Successfully communicate with vendors, contractors, third party's et.
  • Working side-by-side with sales managers and content creatives (daily)
  • Regularly log tasks and personalized assets given directly from clients
  • Brainstorming campaign ideas on the fly
  • Social media content syndication approvals when necessary
  • Working on our PM center and Microsoft tools daily (OneNote)
  • Pitching campaigns to clients alongside the sales manager
  • Regularly discussing business objectives and requirements
  • Working collaboratively with other team members

Portfolios & Resumes Required

Everyone, must submit a resume.  Content Creatives & development positions must submit their portfolio via a single PDF document or by providing a link to your website. PM's and Sales reps are not required to submit a portfolio.

Screening

Qualified applicants will be initially screened online via Google Hangouts or Skype.

Work Remotely Or From Central Texas

Most content creatives & editors will have the option to choose where they work, but our project managers and sales team are primarily based out of Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Providing a remote option to our creatives has allowed us to work with top talent from around the world, but there are some requirements they must follow:

  • A well performing laptop or desktop (with camera)
  • Fast internet & a secure WIFI connection
  • An area where video & phone calls will not be
  • interrupted
  • Adobe Creative Cloud

Methodology

Project managers, work directly with clients and content editors. They do so from an office location, unless otherwise authorized. Multiple PMs may manage a single content creative, but only one PM is assigned to each client. ALL employees are trained to use well-documented check-lists and workflows as well as the project management center. The editing teams work with content creatives and the project managers to insure that content is created, approved and published on time and on brand, they present ideas & campaigns to clients alongside PM's, they work remotely or from our office if already local. Content creatives work remotely unless if they're already local. A creatives job varies based on their tier of influence, there are three tiers: Syndicate, Publisher, Influencer check out the content creative tab to learn more. Sales Associates and Account Managers work remotely or from Central Texas. The job is one in the same, you find leads, follow those leads, win them over and check-in regularly. You goal is to get on their short-list.
